Apart from manufacturing bespoke force testmachines, our team at AJT Equipment also repair and upgrade existing ones, irrespective of whether they are AJT-made or not.
This includes adding data logging software, interlocked safety guarding, full safety systems, Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) and control upgrades, test fixtures, and adaptors. We supplied and fitted our Automatec LoadTest control system on their existing 100 Tonne Vertical Compression Rig. This included a new 5.5kw Hydraulic Power Unit, Desk Style Electrical Panel, Remote E-Stop, Automatec Test Supervisor Software on a brand new Windows 11 laptop, Displacement Sensor, and Load Cell. We also supplied new guarding with safety switches, steel floor plates, and a new hydraulic cylinder.
