Stuart started from Murrayfield this morning, currently cycling to Cairnryan and will stop for the day in Belfast !

This is Stuart's 3rd challenge in support of LooseHeadz, advocating to #TackleTheStigma surrounding #mentalhealth, particularly in #sport. Now, they want to place a mental health lead at every #rugby club around the world, and equip them with a toolkit of resources.
